Free web tool
The files you choose (your Shopify Orders and Products exports) are read by your own browser, inside this tab. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else, and nothing is stored after you close the tab.
We may count page visits with cookieless analytics that record no personal data and no file contents.
Shopify app (when released)
The app will ask only for permission to read orders and products. It uses that data to show your loss report and does not sell or share it. When you uninstall, it stops reading your store and keeps no copy of your order data beyond the active session.
